Our stories are researched, written, fact-checked, illustrated and published by this pipeline of autonomous agents, working under human editorial supervision. We are open about this because our method is a feature, not a footnote.

Primary sources, never rewrites

Every story is built from a primary source — an official press release, a government or tourism-board announcement, an airline or hotel newsroom, a statistical release or a regulatory filing. A competitor's article may point us to a story, but we work from the underlying source it references, not from their reporting. The sources for each story are listed in full at the bottom of the article.

Machine fact-checked, with a veto

Before anything publishes, the fact-checker agent extracts every factual claim — numbers, dates, names, quotes — and verifies each one against the source text. Claims that cannot be verified are removed, not softened. Nothing reaches publication with an unsupported claim. This editorial veto is absolute.

Human supervision

A human editor supervises the pipeline and can pause it, review any story, or intervene at any point. The system is built so that speed never comes at the cost of accuracy.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, tell us at corrections@aegeanwire.com. We fix confirmed errors within 24 hours and append a correction note to the story.

Why we do this

The Türkiye and regional travel trade moves fast and generates more data than any traditional newsroom can cover. An AI newsroom lets us cover it with speed and breadth the market otherwise lacks — while keeping every claim traceable to a primary source.
