Why it matters
The opening adds a significant independent-branded property in a key Turkish tourism destination known for its unique geological and cultural heritage. With 153 keys including private villas, the hotel expands the upscale accommodation supply in Cappadocia, a region that draws both leisure and MICE travellers. The inclusion of a convention hall and extensive wellness facilities positions the property to capture group business and longer-stay guests, while the Autograph Collection affiliation gives it access to Marriott Bonvoy’s global distribution and loyalty programme.
