Global tour operator TUI is extending its 2025 summer flight programme from Ireland, adding direct routes from Dublin Airport to Cyprus, Tunisia, and Florida in the USA, as well as a new route from Cork Airport to Corfu, Greece.

The new flights from Dublin to Cyprus will operate weekly from May 14, 2025, until September 10, connecting holidaymakers with Larnaca and a range of resorts including Ayia Napa, Nissi Beach, Protaras and Alaminos. The routes to Cyprus and Corfu also allow customers to connect with TUI's Marella Cruises in the Eastern Mediterranean.

“We are already working on our 2025 programme, and this is the first new route to be announced for next year,” Niall MacCarthy, Managing Director at Cork Airport, told The Independent, as reported by Philenews.

Why it matters

The expansion signals TUI's continued investment in the Eastern Mediterranean and North African destinations, offering Irish travellers more direct options to popular resort areas. The Cyprus route in particular strengthens connectivity to Larnaca and the island's tourism hotspots, potentially boosting visitor numbers from Ireland. The inclusion of Tunisia and Florida also diversifies TUI's Irish departure portfolio beyond traditional European sun destinations.
